  • Every Student of the College is eligible for getting membership of the Library.
  • Library can be utilized by the Students from 9.00 am till 6.00 p.m.
  • Faculty and PhD scholars can borrow twelve books while the UG and PG Students can borrow five books.
  • The Books borrowed should be returned within fifteen days.
  • Students should bring their ID Cards along with their library card while borrowing books from the library.
  • Books marked or written therein with Ink or pencil tearing or taking out pages or otherwise damaging will constitute damage to the book and the borrower shall be required to replace the book or pay its price.
  • Students are strictly forbidden to make markings or writing in the books issued to them.
  • Borrowers must satisfy themselves with the physical condition of the books at the time of borrowing. They shall be held responsible for any damage or mutilation, detected at the time of return.
  • Unless otherwise proved, any misuse of the borrower’s ticket will squarely fall upon the student, whose name appears on the ticket.
  • A Student who has lost his Library card shall make a written report to the Librarian immediately.
  • Mobile Phones, Printed Materials, Umbrellas, Instruments, Bags, Boxes or any such materials shall be left outside the library.
  • Students will only read the newspapers on the newspaper reading stand.
  • Mobile use is strictly prohibited in the Library.
  • Every student should punch the ID card in the E-gate register of the library before entering the library.
  • Reference books, current periodicals and thesis are issued to the students for reference inside the library only.
  • Perfect discipline & silence should be observed in and around the library.
  • Enter the Digital Section Login time & Logout time in the maintenance record provided in the entrance.
  • The Librarian is empowered to send out any student who makes noise or misbehaves in the library.
